How to Wrap a Sprained Ankle

- Adhesive tape or cohesive bandage

- Prepare the Ankle:
- If there’s swelling, apply ice wrapped in a thin cloth for 15-20 minutes to reduce swelling and numb pain.
- Elevate the ankle above the level of your heart to further reduce swelling.
- Start Wrapping:
- Begin by wrapping the ankle with a layer of padding if available. This can be a thin layer of gauze or foam padding to provide extra comfort and support.
- Start wrapping from the base of the foot, just above the toes.
